Dentech Innovations Heat Cure Instructions:
1. Use 10mL monomer to 21g powder by weight or 10 mL monomer to 30 cc powder by volume.
2. Mix powder and liquid in porcelain or glass jar and screw air-tight cap on jar to prevent evaporation of liquid.
3. Allow mixture to stand
In jar until, it no longer
adheres to sides in one mass.
Packing:
*Use room temperature flask.
Curing Methods:
A. 30 minutes at 165°F. 30 minutes boil (212°F)
Note: Leave flask in boiling water for additional 30 minutes to reduce any residual monomer.
B. Cure at 165°F for 8-10 hours. Cool Slowly
